"After pregnancy, new challenges appeared. I was carrying and nursing my baby, spending long days at a demanding,
screen-heavy job, and holding tension in my jaw and shoulders...
What makes her work remarkable is how tailored it is...
(the) sessions are both relaxing and deeply therapeutic. They are a grounding part of my wellness routine, something I rely on to reset both body and mind."

"The at-home sessions were especially convenient during those early weeks. I could stay in my own environment, receive the care I needed, and then continue resting. Having regular massage also helped me feel more comfortable in my body and better able to keep up with everyday life and my family...During a time when I was so focused on taking care of my baby and everyone else, it meant a lot to have someone taking care of me too. Having that kind of consistent, thoughtful support made my pregnancy and postpartum experience feel much more comfortable and supported."

You are here! On the other side of this life altering event called birth.
Did it all go as you had hoped and planned? There are so few of us that predict it all to the exact detail. And maybe you are still processing each part of the birth. But I hope, mama, that you felt strong and brave no matter how that tiny one made their entrance. Because your body has given so much to bring this baby here. And now it is learning how to recover while you learn how to care for this tiny new person.
That takes so much courage and strength.
You probably feel the opposite of strong right now. I know tired doesn’t even begin to explain it.
And while everyone is asking about the baby, there is still you.
Your body is healing. Your sleep is broken into pieces. Your hormones are shifting. Your days have been turned upside down. Literally! That baby is used to being swayed to sleep in your belly while you moved around in the day. So I hope you have some good curtains, and a lovely place to nap.
You can love this baby fiercely and still feel exhausted. You can be grateful and still need a break. You can be completely in love with motherhood and still miss parts of who you were before.
You don't have to wait until you are completely depleted to receive care.
Your recovery matters, too.
You deserve a place to rest. To reconnect with your body. To notice what has changed. And to be cared for as you find your footing in this new season.
You don't have to be doing this alone to need care.
You don't have to be struggling to deserve it.
Especially in this season, there is nothing selfish about making space to receive.
Whether you are one week or one year into mother-hood. If you need help making space for your body and mind to recover from birth I invite you to schedule a free Curiosity Call with me, to see if therapeutic bodywork could help in your post-birth recovery.

About the gendered language...
You’ll notice that I use words like woman, mother, and mama throughout my website and marketing. I’ve chosen feminine language because it reflects the women-centered traditions and experiences that have shaped my work with pregnancy and birth.
But I know that not every person who becomes pregnant or gives birth identifies as a woman or a mother. I honor you as you are and welcome the opportunity to work alongside you, whatever your gender identity or however you choose to describe your experience.
Birth is an incredible transformation, and you deserve to feel safe, respected, comfortable, and cared for as you move through it. You get to define what that experience means to you.
